A Fortune 100 company was evaluating Latin-American countries to deploy its market entry strategy. Colombia was selected and JLL were appointed on this lease acquisition project. Approach:
JLL worked with the client to prepare a robust requirements brief ahead of going to market. The project was initiated during the COVID outbreak and so many of the steps had to be managed remotely and /or under strict protocols. Results:
JLL identified a temporary solution of 500 seats whilst negotiations for the long term solution (6,000 sqm + future growth), were run in parallel thereby avoiding delays to the operational launch.
